• Mail and Drop Off Instructions

  Please make sure to follow these steps closely to ensure you product gets tracked and processed properly.
  If you live close to our mail center there is no charge for you to drop off and then pick up your items. If you live outside our service area, we do take mailed packages.

  
  
  • Our mail drop box is located in New Braunfels Texas at AMERICAN MAIL CENTER BOX # 83
  • Address is AMERICAN MAIL CENTER ;
  • 614-C S. Business IH. 35–Box #83; New Braunfels, Texas 78130- (locals —-this street is also known as Elliott Knox Blvd).
  • Hours of operation (if dropping off) 9 am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 1pm–Brandy the owner or others she has working there are very pleasant and will place items in our mailbox. please note the following:

  • (YOU MUST HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS PRE-PACKAGED) LOOSE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!!)
    ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE PRE-PACKAGED and SECURED PRIOR TO DROP OFF. (BOXES are NOT provided).

  • (IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF) Once items have been dropped them off you need to contact us via cellphone (text) 512-705-5905 or email: thesharperedge.tx@gmail.com to inform us that items have been dropped off. The mail center doesn’t get checked everyday. So for prompter service please notify us when items get dropped off.
  • You will be sent an invoice via your email or cellphone when items are ready for pickup, or tracking information if items were mailed back to you.

  If you dropped off your items and want them mailed back to you (indicate on your information if you want them mailed to you). You will pay the shipping costs to mail your items. Not to exceed $20.00 for shipping. Products ship back via USPS Priority Mail
